QA/QC Process

QA/QC meets the requirements, expectation, and needs of the customer is free from defects, lacks, and substantial variants. We follow these standards fearlessly to satisfy customer requirements.

  1. Supplier Selection Process: Effective quality assurance is proactive. It aims to prevent defects before they occur through process design. Quality assurance ensures product authenticity. We always buy products from authentic and brand-authorized distributing channels or authorized manufacturers. One of the KPIs of Nityamaa is to provide customers with 100% original and authenticated products. Our customers have the free will to check and verify the products with the brand owners.
  2. QA/QC Check: Nityamaa uses its own product test procedures through our own QA/QC. In the case of all electronics products, we assure and check speed, storage, as well as serial number verification with brand owners. For other products, thorough in-house usage and check-in with quality, reliability, and service length are commenced. The QC focuses on identifying a defect. QC ensures that the approaches, techniques, methods, and processes designed for inspecting the products are correctly done. QA activities monitor and verify that the product deliverables meet the defined authenticity standards.
  3. Document Verification: As per request by the brand owners or the e-commerce channels, Nityamaa always submits proof of purchase. Commercial invoices, supplier details, as well as bank transactions, are more valuable to verify. It involves creating standards and processes to create a safe, effective practice to validate the product.
